Summary |
We will to the best of our ability clean the system of all infections, running several scans of various anti-virus and malware removal tools and repeat them if necessary. We can also install free utilities to protect against future infection.
Under some circumstances the only option is to format the drive and reinstall the operating system to fully clean the system. If this is the case we will notify you of what we have done and how bad the remaining infection is.
Surcharges for System Reinstallation
• Difficult to locate driver update – price per driver add $5.00
o Difficult to locate drivers would include Older/Creative Sound Card drivers, Generic Modems/NICs, older out of production hardware.
• Selected Data Backup add $20.00
o If backing up to cd/dvd there is an additional $1.50 per disk used
