Direct transmission of multimedia files
The Direct Copy function automatically transfers media files from your digital camera or camcorder to your LinkStation website.
Integrated BitTorrent client
Download large media files directly to your LinkStation without turning on your PC, thanks to the integrated BitTorrent client. The BitTorrent client is based on the BitTorrent protocol, which regulates the exchange of large files over the Internet.
Restricted network access
Set access restrictions at group and user level to protect your data.
Gigabit Ethernet connection
The integrated Ethernet connection with 10/100/1000 Mbit/s provides high-speed network connections.
Back up all data
Users can back up data content on up to five computers for personal or business use. Windows PCs use the award-winning NovaBACKUP® Buffalo Edition, while Mac computers use Time Machine: Now nothing more stands in the way of data backup from several clients!
